Maisonluxe directed the full design process — from master planning to material selection — to create a residential community that celebrates natural cooling, privacy, and spiritual comfort. It embodies how architecture can harmonize with climate, culture, and emotion.

Each residence is centered around light, air, and water — creating natural comfort within architectural precision.

Design Approach
Maisonluxe employed earthen tones, terracotta, and soft stucco to ground the architecture in its context.
Layered screens and breezeways modulate sunlight, transforming harsh desert glare into golden calm.
