Project Overview
Sereno Villas were conceived as sanctuaries in motion — open-air homes that blur the lines between nature and architecture. Set amidst tropical vegetation, the villas offer a dialogue between landscape, material, and mindfulness.
Every courtyard, pool, and living space frames the horizon, transforming daily rituals into poetic encounters with light and shadow.
Design Approach
The design draws inspiration from traditional Balinese layouts — layered thresholds, open verandas, and crafted wood detailing — distilled through Maisonluxe’s minimalist lens.
Materials are locally sourced: volcanic stone, teakwood, and handwoven fibers form the foundation of a tactile palette that breathes authenticity and warmth.
Details
Spatial sequences unfold gently: pathways framed by frangipani trees, stone corridors kissed by filtered sunlight, and interior finishes echoing the hues of the island.
Each villa captures the rhythm of slow living — a sensory journey shaped by wind, water, and craft.
