Located in the historic heart of Poznań, M Line Apartments redefines vertical living through a language of balance and timeless proportion. Designed as an architectural dialogue between urban rhythm and human calm, it merges functionality with elegance in every layer.
Every residence is envisioned as a personal sanctuary, illuminated by natural light and softened by tactile finishes. The result is not just a building — but an experience of dwelling that transcends trend and time.
Design Approach
Maisonluxe approached the project with a philosophy of “quiet luxury.” Soft neutral tones, hand-textured stone, and linear detailing form the aesthetic backbone. Architectural lines remain minimal yet warm, inviting emotion through material honesty.
By integrating crafted joinery, diffused light, and vertical greenery, the building communicates a story of human scale within the cityscape.

Each space was composed with precision — from the rhythm of the façade to the intimate balance between stone and wood. Lighting was curated to animate textures throughout the day, while bespoke furniture emphasizes proportion and calm.
The result is a building that feels less designed and more composed, embodying Maisonluxe’s ethos of subtle beauty and meaningful restraint.
